Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using the application "MD QuickView" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by AuraMark Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are requested to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Developer regarding the use of the App. By installing or using the App, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

Copyright and other intellectual property rights related to the App's programs, UI design, logos, images, etc., belong to the Developer or the legitimate third-party rights holders. Users may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer these without permission.

3. Disclaimer

The Developer does not warrant, either expressly or impliedly, that the App is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data, interruption of business, etc.) incurred by the User arising from the App.

4. Prohibited Acts

In using the App, Users must not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
• Acts related to criminal activities.
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the servers or networks of the Developer, other users of the App, or third parties.
• Acts of decompiling, reverse-engineering, or disassembling the App.

5. Changes to Terms

The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User if deemed necessary.
